If we believe you are using the Website and/or Services in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take action against your Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account without refund and without prior notice. The jurisdiction for any legal disputes arising from this policy is Ukraine, and Ukrainian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
